Modern diets are ill suited for our genetic composition. Evolution has not kept pace with advances in agriculture and food processing resulting in a plague of health problems for modern man.
 
While CrossFitting you can have locally grown organic produce delivered weekly or bi-weekly to the gym for your pick-up and convenience.

The movements used by CrossFit are the same movements you would use in everyday life. A deadlift is picking up an object off the floor. A pull-up is pulling yourself up onto a higher surface. A press is lifting something over your head. When you train using truly functional movements there is no doubt of the transferability of things accomplished in the gym into the real world.
 
Training at high intensity allows for greater stimulus leading to higher levels of hormonal responses, and stronger systemic adaptations.
 
Constant variations in program design is crucial as the body needs to be presented with diverse physical stressors. Train for strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, speed, stamina, agility, balance, flexibility, accuracy and coordination.

On-Ramp or Group Class Individual Membership: All rates are month to month. Sales Tax NOT Included in monthly rates.
On-ramp classes… $180 + sales tax.
Group classes… $160 + sales tax.
Until you can graduate from our on-ramp program you will be charged a higher rate. To graduate from on-ramp regular attendance is encouraged!

Uniformed Personnel: 10% discount to all uniformed personnel.
Family Rate: 20% discount to family members.

A word about our membership…
Results are very important to us. We expect our members to make continual progress and reach a level of fitness to thrive in life. For this to happen you need to commit to training.
Showing up once or twice a week will not cut it! Lack of attendance hurts your training and makes it VERY difficult to pass on-ramp!
Before you sign up for a membership here make sure you are committed to using it
(3 week minimum, 4-5 even better!). When you are at the gym you will never stop learning and developing. We will always push you to become better!

On-Ramp Group Crossfit Teen Strength
On-Ramp Program
We require new CrossFitters to go through our On-Ramp program. The goal is to teach you everything you need to know before joining the regular classes. Each class will cover a lift/movement followed by a workout.
To graduate from On-Ramp you will need to show proficiency in all the basic lifts. If you have good attendance and willingness to learn this will be a piece of cake! Don't forget that learning is the first priority.

Regarding the 6AM class, please EMAIL ME NO LATER THAN the night before if YOU WILL BE attending the 6AM class. This class is available BY EMAIL APPOINTMENT only.

Group classes are open to all members who have completed the on-Ramp program. Everything we do can be scaled according to your ability. As you become better you will be challenged more!

Class begins with a warm up follow by an instructional period where you will be taught everything needed for the workout. Once everyone is ready the workout will begin.

Why strength train?

Strength training produces high levels of central nervous system activity, improves balance and coordination, skeletal loading and bone density enhancement, muscular stimulation and growth, connective tissue stress and strength, psychological demand in toughness and overall systemic conditioning.

Strength will typically be the deciding factor between two athletes of equal skill sets. Strength has a direct correlation to power and speed which translates to higher performance. Strength is crucial for injury prevention and building the body's resiliency to stress. Strength is key to staying competitive.

Our strength program will teach teens the prominent lifts used in all high school and college athletic programs. Teen CrossFitters will build a strong foundation that supports their current or future athletic pursuits.
