Why CrossFIt?
CrossFit is about living with excellent health, and the ability to function optimally. Modern living has caused many physical deficiencies, making it difficult for most of us to live a high quality of life.
We do not have to accept this!

If you train using truly functional movements
that allow you to build strength, power, stamina, endurance, balance, and flexibility the end result is a level of fitness that you can thrive in life with. We are capable of aging without becoming physically frail.

Who is CrossFit for?
Everyone! Whether you are an athlete, parent, elderly, teenager, fire fighter or working professional you can CrossFit. Everyone, regardless of age, shape, gender or fitness levels, trains using the same movements and following the same training methods. The only difference is in the degree in which you train. An athlete may squat hundreds of pounds while a mom only seventy. But in both cases squatting leads to stronger legs and core allowing the athlete to excel in sport and the mom to keep up with her kids.
Everything that we do at the gym can be scaled to your ability and comfort level. We will make sure that you are being challenged without unnecessary risk of injury.

What to Expect?
There is a distinct difference between training and exercising. Training requires a purpose, and a plan.
When you train at Outer Edge you will see this distinction!
Anything and everything is fair game at the gym...
Strength training, circuit style training, interval training, you will do it all! What you can expect is to be continually challenged, taught new skills, and be apart of a community that encourages everyone to become their best.

New CrossFitters, need to go through our On-Ramp program before joining regular classes. In On-Ramp you will be taught everything you need to know to remain safe during our challenging training. Learning is the first priority!

On-Ramp is typically a month long but you can graduate as soon as we feel confident in your ability. If you truly want to experience CrossFit and see the potential of reaching a whole new level of fitness then commit your time to On-Ramp by showing up frequently!

On-ramp Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00am, 6:00am and 5:30pm (If these On-Ramp hours conflict with your schedule, feel free to e-mail me to discuss possible alternatives)

After your free visit you will need to pick between the two available On-Ramp sessions (5:00am, 6:00am and 5:30pm) and commit to that session until graduation. For example, if you sign up for the 6:00am session you cannot come to the 5:30pm sessions. Each session is capped at 4 participants. If a session is full you can be added to a waiting list. Since On-Ramp has no set start and end dates spots will constantly open throughout the month.

We understand that having limited spots may delay your desired start date but we feel that it is more important to take on only what we can accommodate without sacrificing your quality of training with us. Thank you for your patience!

Modern diets are ill suited for our genetic composition. Evolution has not kept pace with advances in agriculture and food processing resulting in a plague of health problems for modern man.
 
While CrossFitting you can have locally grown organic produce delivered weekly or bi-weekly to the gym for your pick-up and convenience.

On-Ramp or Group Class Individual Membership: All rates are month to month. Sales tax included in monthly rates.
On-ramp classes… $190
Group classes… $170
Until you can graduate from our on-ramp program you will be charged a higher rate. To graduate from on-ramp regular attendance is encouraged!

Uniformed Personnel: 10% discount to all uniformed personnel.
Family Rate: 20% discount to family members.

A word about our membership…
Results are very important to us. We expect our members to make continual progress and reach a level of fitness to thrive in life. For this to happen you need to commit to training.
Showing up once or twice a week will not cut it! Lack of attendance hurts your training and makes it VERY difficult to pass on-ramp!
Before you sign up for a membership here make sure you are committed to using it
(3 week minimum, 4-5 even better!). When you are at the gym you will never stop learning and developing. We will always push you to become better!
